Labrador Moravian Church Registers
Church registers, commonly known as “church books” in Labrador, are central documents in the tradition of Moravian record-keeping. Each Labrador congregation maintained its own “book” which recorded births, baptisms, confirmations, marriages, and deaths. This collection contains books from Hebron, Okak, Ramah and Zoar. Because these books contain genealogical data, the only books available are at least 100 years old.
